La app trabaja bien a veces luego falla de la nada, no permite agregar alimentos, etc

App not working in the US.
Similar story to others. App says it’s used my location to determine the countries available. None of them are the US. I selected “India”, because it’s the only one with “English” as the language. Then the next screen says “We’re sorry, we couldn’t load your country configuration in the app. Please connect to another internet network or try again later. (A101)” Now this error message appears almost immediately every time I open the app. I tap the “ok” button, then the app crashes.

Ni ami ni a mi esposa nos permite hacer pagos con tarjetas de crédito o débito para poder pagar, la últimas ves que quice pagar con una tarjeta de regalo VIP se tomó todo el crédito y nomas no me dio ningún boleto solo tomo las entradas

The application doesn’t even work in the United States. When you first open it, the app to text that I’m in India, but I’m in Texas. It allows you to select another country, but the United States is not one of them. Fire the dev team. The old app was trash and the new app is trash. By the way I never leave reviews, but I don’t even wanna go to the theater anymore. Boycotted.

Cinépolis podrías resolver el problema de que nos no deja comprar los boletos si tienes línea americana, vivo en ambos lados y se me dificulta mucho usar la aplicación cuando quiero ver las funciones, comprar comida y etc. no me lo permite, deberías desbloquearlo porque antes si podía con la otras app antes de cambiar a esta.

I’ve tried countless times to purchase tickets but as soon as it sees im in the US, I am blocked out of logging into my account. Very frustrating.
