Stay away from this!

Back again because for the 5th time I've had my money taken only for the transaction not to process. The 4 prior times they resolved the issue by the time I was off the phone with customer service. This time they said could take 3-5 business days which is obsurd. No real reason given and the fact that they don't just credit the account is bogus.
Hold on though because I called the next day to say how unhappy i was about all this he told me he had "Good news!" That they verified I deposited the money so they'd be issuing a refund but hold on again it's coming via paper check lololol. I'm not done yet tho when asked how long this process is gonna take he told me 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS!!!! I'm a near daily user and the amount of money I've paid in fees (22-25% despite it not telling you this at all and there's no cap on that BTW) means absolutely nothing. I have no choice to buy crypto physically anywhere else as I live on an island and it's the one place I can buy despite that I will NEVER use this again and I can't strongly recommend staying away from them all together because if it can happen this many times to one person it'll happen to everybody.

QR code scan not working

After the recent update, I just get a blank white box where the camera to scan the QR code should be, which makes this entire system essentially useless

Horrible! Just ate my money

Aside from the obvious problem of how much money they take for the service, 20% without a cap I deposited $80 before a message says there's a problem and to contact customer service so I do and the result is in 3-5 biz I will be contact me.
I understand things happen but that is so absurd I need to wait that long to get my money back. Can't they credit my account in like seconds??

Easy money management!

Really loving their new product. It allows me to easily load money on to a card where I can use it instantly, super handy especially with some businesses not accepting cash as much.

Can’t login, support can’t help- don’t tie your $ up here

Pass on this app, it’s buggy. Support doesn’t have any answers, no eta on a fix, and no authority to fix anything or offer any solutions for customers. All agents were overseas contractors and getting to the right department took 3 transfers. Absolute dreadful service.

Downloaded the app to try out the new CINQ card. This allows users to deposit coin and cash from the kiosk onto a virtual card. Been going to Coinstar for years to deposit coins and now I can finally spend the money online!

Scam!! Scam!! Scam!!

This app is a total scam a big scam my my $1173 is held in this app as we speak. Nothing is being done. They are not letting me have my money. They are not refunding it and I can’t even use the app. Don’t download it.

Scam

Final charge is like 25% After they up, charge you on the coin to purchase, and after they add a ridiculous gas fee! Solano transactions only cost pennies. They charge me $30. What a scam. This app should be removed from the Apple App Store

Beware 😡😡😡they scam me $3000 of bitcoin

😡😡😡😡After you buy the bitcoin with there atm machine they will ask you to download their app so you can access your funds but I did and they refused to send me verification code to verify my account and it is 1 month now, their customer care don’t reply any more and they don’t respond to emails.

They will gladly take your money with just your phone number, but to do anything with it including withdrawing it to another wallet you have to verify your identity which is completely broken in the app, and nobody in customer service can help. Save yourself the headache and find another way to buy crypto.
