Second thoughts on this service.. BEWARE!!
I used to think Circa was the best service ever, and had been a participant of their direct program for the past two years! That all changed until I was recently informed Friday May 31, 2024 at 4pm via email that the program was ending and no future payments would be collected! A day before the first of the very next month, no prior warnings, nothing!! Which totally caught me off guard, left me scrambling to come up with $1600 for my June rent payment! I was completely devastated, angry and the lack of common courtesy really bothered me! As someone who works in customer service and property management, I don’t think I could ever do my customers that way!

It’s no good.
My property managers switched over to using circa when our new lease started. It seemed like a pretty good idea since we would be able to use a more flexible payment schedule. BUT no matter what I do to update said schedule, on the app, on the website, calling their support number I CAN’T. I don’t know if it’s because it is the weekend that that their app won’t work or what but I’m not satisfied and it’s dumb.

Life saver
Circa came into my husband and I’s life when we needed it the most. We had such a rough year financially last year and after our rent kept
Climbing, we struggled to make on time payments and were on the verge of losing our apartment.
Then, Circa stepped in and saved us. I cannot say enough good things and I am so grateful. Circa team is so friendly, flexible, understanding, reliable, etc. I could go on. I love it!
Major shouts to Divyah at team Circa as well who has always worked with me whenever I needed it, and made sure I understood everything. It all has felt like such a pleasant, personal experience.

This app does not work!
Don’t download of your property does not exclusively work with Circa
There’s no list saying what properties Circa works with. Just a note saying Circa is available to residents of Circa’s partnered properties. I download the app because I figure that’s the only way to find the properties.. i couldn’t sign up or anything so time and storage wasted. If your property did not give a Circa paper to sign up, you’re wasting your time with this app.
