Excellent choice

It’s great so you don’t have to make one big payment at the 1st of the month you can spread it out, Makes it way easier to budget paying my rent in 2 payments.

Horrible service

Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to splitting rent. I did my first payment and Flex didn’t pay the full amount and there’s zero customer support and I got late fees from my rent. Don’t use this app.

What are the costs associated with using Flex?

There is a recurring monthly membership fee of up to $14.99 for the Flex Rent service. Additionally, a bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent amount is charged. An extra 2.5% processing fee applies when using a credit card.
