First of all, So grateful to have Circa in Illinois. this is a great app and easy to navigate. i hope other costumers can realize how lucky they are to have the best sportsbook available on moble in Illinois… thank you so much!!

This is the worst sport betting app I’ve ever seen. I tried it based on advertisements I heard on the radio, seeing the odds were fair and there was no betting fee. Yes, this may be true, but the app is so bad. There’s no in game updates or scores to help you track. For basketball they have a separate area for first half and second half bets, which makes no sense. I am pulling my money as soon as I can and will never be back.

This app is an absolute nightmare to use — nothing is intuitive, and it feels like every button leads to more confusion.
Good limits
They will reduce you if you beat them on props but they will still give you enough to make it worth your time. Overall one of my favorite books. If you need liquidity and decent limits circa has it without playing games.
Awful App
It’s what an app would look like if apps were a thing in 1983. It constantly crashes, doesn’t even offer Face ID to log in and the menus are terrible to navigate. I can’t believe how bad their app is.

Possibly worst sports book ever
This is one of the worst looking, most clunky and overall just terrible sports books out there. The offshore books are better than this. No bonuses, the live lines rarely work and there’s next to no props. Use anything else.

The people crying about promos are just outing themselves as losing bettors. Newsflash: the books that do offer promos … stop offering them as soon as you demonstrate you know what you’re doing. Then they limit your wager sizes, something Circa will not do.

Terrible App PERIOD! No promotions at all which in my opinion with as terrible an app it is they should be throwing promos at ppl. Not user friendly non existent customer service. Just download DK, Fanduel or any of the other Sportsbook apps.
Amateur as Heck
They have good TD odds but otherwise the app and Sportsbook look like they are from the 90’s. No promos/ bonuses/ customer enhanced experiences. Better than points bet but other books so much better. Needs more player props. Easily the most awful sportsbook app in Illinois. Lame as heck!

The app is like the flip phone of sportsbooks
The app is a no frills, uninspired, sportsbook. It’s like reading a newspaper without color. Depositing is ok, withdrawal is a pain. They don’t use Venmo. The bets are straight forward and but lack variety.
Impossible to withdraw
The interface is unbearable to the point I placed one bet, won, then decided to withdraw because I’m not using this app. But now I’m really struggling to get my money out of the app and customer service is no help

It is hilarious how non-user friendly this Sportsbook is. Poor app design, poor betting options (no SGP), no bonuses, boosts, or anything else. Then on top of that, good luck getting your money from these people if you win. There is no option for withdrawal to bank or debit card. You either sign up for two shady options in Play+ and VIP preferred ach and take you chances dealing with their non-existent customer support, or you contact them and ask you to wire transfer you or mail you a check. It is beyond laughable.
