3 years on and their link is still broken
They use a third party website to take you from their QR
Code to the app store and that one has limited traffic which was reached for me. Then they force you to make an account which requires your personal info for tracking, then as the reviewer above from 3 years ago says, that link has expired and you have to call in to get your account verified before you can pay to charge. Pretty amateur for a national chain

Awful
Some stations now require to pay with this app instead of paying by card. It makes you want to throw your phone in the woods. Good luck.
Terrible
The app definitely does not make charging easier. It barely functions. Imagine having to potentially rely on this and your battery is at 10%. Find the next one tbh

Doesn’t work, terrible app
The charging station said on it you could use a credit card, but it doesn’t work. Downloaded the app and it asks for way more personal info than any other EV app wants. Then I went to finally charge, and it didn’t work at all. 0/5 stars if they’d allow it here. Avoid these stations at all costs.
Apps à oublier
Pire application, s’inscrire est long et après ça ne fonctionne même pas. Quand on appelle, on se fait répondre en anglais par quelqu’un qui ne semble pas reconnaître le français. Si vous n’êtes pas capable d’offrir un service en français, ne faites pas affaire au Québec.

Impossible de s’inscrire
Une fois l’app téléchargée on nous demande de cliquer sur le bouton « s’abonner » mais ce n’est pas actif et si on appuie sur Suivant et tente de compléter l’info la case du numéro de téléphone n’est pas accessible.
Cellulaire impossible à entrer
Impossible d’entrer le numéro de cellulaire exige sur la ligne qui le demande.
L'application la plus laide de l'histoire
Je crois sincèrement ne jamais avoir vu une application aussi laide de toute ma vie. Elle n'est pas du tout intuitive, mal conçue et affreuse. C'est tout simplement gênant. Je continuerai d'utiliser l'application du circuit électrique pour les bornes Couche-Tard tant que cette chose sera comme ça.
Useless non-functional app
This app has some serious issues. Completely unusable, always ask for credit card info even though I already entered it. Just pointless, uninstalling and won’t be using the circle k chargers
Super easy to use
Great App - super simple. Wish they had more chargers near me!!

Signed up, went to the charging station and it all worked from first attempt. I was able to view charging status from my car, as well as on the app. Nothing negative to report.

Ridiculously bad
Signed up and got an activation email that led to a server error page.
Used the app to activate with text. Now the password is invalid.
I tried to reset it .. no help.
Finally my account is locked out due to multiple failed login attempts.

I tried to use it once, but couldn't start the charging session.
Account creation is complicated, design is horrible.
Very disappointing to see a company like Couche tard offer such a bad application.
