I’ve been using this since 2018, and as long as you keep the app open as instructed, it works perfectly. It is a simple app, but I also find it irreplaceable despite being someone who jumps around productivity apps a lot. I just wanted to write a rating so that it continues to stay—I rely on it a lot.

Great the first time but...
I use this app for running and it worked perfectly the first time I used it, but today it wouldn’t make any sound unless I had my phone opened to the app. If it worked right I’d love it, but until then I’ll try something else

Perfect timer for Yogic Breathing
I am practicing a Yogic Breathing technique (Nadishodhan Pranayama) in which you inhale for 4 seconds, hold your breath inside for 16 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds then hold your breath outside for 4 seconds. Then repeat. Perfect timer app for this!
Unfortunately the app only allows 6 of this iterations at least in the free version. Hope it can allow more soon.

I have been hunting for an interval timer that allows the customisation of each rep time. This is the only one (at the time) I could find and it does it easily.
Where it's not quite perfect is that I do 6 sets of 3 different exercises. I don't do each exercise one after the other 6 times and this app doesn't allow you to repeat your set, only each exercise (I hope that makes sense!). If I could have entered my 3 exercises then just repeated the entire set for 6 I'd have kept the app and given 5 stars.

I would LOVE the app if I could hear the sound to change exercise when screen is locked. Otherwise, easy to use, and very effective.
