Can’t tell time
Trying to book a ride to boot at 9:00 am and it said it was not during working hours but it was. I tried to book a ride for 4 pm and it booked for 8:30 am

Can never log into the app anymore it’s useless
Very disappointing
This could have great potential. However, to get a ride seems impossible! I even stayed up until midnight to book my ride for today and nothing would pop up! It continued to say “out of service hours” or an option would pop up and then quickly disappear. So not only am I tired, but I am still unable to book my ride! Thanks. For nothing.

You can literally never find a ride so this app is a waste of data and time
Never refund your money when the driver cancels your ride
They always charge you whether or not they have picked you up. The GPS is hardly accurate.
Help
Needs account recovery and real-time inbound and outbound bus tracking info. Can’t log-in because my numbers different and there isn’t an option for account recovery via email.

accessibility problems
This app have lots of accessibility problems with screenreaders. The destination isn't read properly. The Gps doesn't seem very accurate, and times are over 2 hours to get a ride in most places. Not good if they plan to compete with Uber and Lyft. rides are becoming harder to obtain.
