Been banking with them for over a year and best bank I’ve been with so far! There mobile app and fast balances widget come in clutch! Plus I love that I can add the debit card to Apple Pay! 🍕🫔
Update: after the iOS 18 update, they no longer offer the widget, which was so convenient for me to keep up with my expenses. They need to bring this back ASAP.

Disappointed
8 months later and my phone app is still awful. I don’t receive email notices for received/approved mobile deposits and emails were my only receipts for our business. Usually after two mobile deposits the app kicks me off. Our business account has been charged $5 monthly since March 21. If they get it removed they just add it to the end of the month. I have reached out numerous times and to my dismay have received nothing so far.

Login Problems
Unable to use Face ID, keeps saying I need to validate my information no matter how many times I do and I’m constantly being forced to change my password.
Can I have the old app back!
Crashes frequently. Have to go back door on Brouwer about as often as through the app. Old adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” is screaming right now!😭

Too small
So, we finally get a new app and it doesn’t look any better than the old one. I have an iPad. My mobile app on my iPad now has a screen view that is about 2” x 4” and too small to see. I guess I can use the desk top, but need the mobile one for check deposits. People’s bank of North Alabama has a great app if you want to see how it’s done
