Locks you out of your account after 2 failed attempts after forcing you to change your password every month the email it sends you is basically spam,it gives no info besides failed login attempt,no email,no phone number,no help line,no way to reset your password without going out of your way to call the bank privately or having to drive up to your closest bank.One of the most unprofessional and ridiculously coded apps i have ever seen don’t recommend to anyone looking for a easy banking experience.Security questions dont even work half of the time after triple checking they were right with the bank.it told me i was getting my birthday wrong and wouldnt let me log in.I could go on and on about the problems.

When they send you emails that there are attempts to log into your account they give no information no location or from what device no way to reply or a number to call nothing no info whatsoever on the email it locks you out after 1 failed attempt of trying to log in this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used

When they send you emails that there are attempts to log into your account they give no information no location or from what device no way to reply or a number to call nothing telling me officially that it’s the bank when I try to reset my password it gives me security questions I haven’t even filled out or just says question with no question the app is horrible don’t get it or use it

This app makes me want to switch banks.
This app is absolutely horrible. It always locks me out of my account, which makes it very difficult to keep track of my balance. It even asks security questions that I never even set up. Very frustrating!
