Limited Options
I cannot find a way to re-enable my face-Id. The app is very limited about reporting strange charges or completing transactions. I’m also having trouble submitting checks on the app even though I have it enabled.

Not user friendly
This is more confusing to use. Have to navigate to multiple pages to find what used to be on one page before the update. Very disappointing
Not very good
You can’t transfer to other banks and people easily. And know where does it tell me my mobile deposit limit. On another note, I think your staff is extremely rude - especially the Bloomfield, NM branch. If it wasn’t such a pain in the A, I would change banks.
