After the last update, I can’t even open the app anymore.

A better app design could not be accomplished. This Citizens Bank app is so simple to use, and offers so many great services/features. Whomever put this together, really knows their stuff!

Mobile deposit pain in the a s s
I got a mobile deposit declined because I didn’t write “for mobile deposit only to citizens bank” on the back of the check. My other banks don’t require this. I even checked a box on the back of the check that indicates it was only for mobile deposit.

Subpar bank and service
Great Bank and App!
Citizens Bank is wonderful and the app works great. It’s convenient to be able to access my information on the go. All the typical features you’d expect are there such as customizable alerts and dashboard. It’s also worth mentioning they have in app chat and the representatives are actually very helpful, kind and they respond in a timely manner.
