I’m a new customer to Citizen First Bank; since October of 2025 and I enjoy checking to make sure that everything lines up with my checkbook.
I also am able to check for any possible suspicious activity that doesn’t look right on my checking account; by logging into my Citizens First Bank Application on my iPhone and checking to make sure everything looks right.
I have been a very satisfied customer using this app and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for an opportunity to get involved using Citizens First Bank because I don’t think you would disappointed by the services they provide.

Holds money too long
Almost impossible to add an external account for transfers. They hold your money several days before adding to your account.

Another Bad Villages Company
This bank sucks. They aren’t open the bare minimum normal business hours. The atms are always out of order. The debit card limits are laughable. Forget about being able to pay rent without having to go into a branch. Did I mention they aren’t even open regular business hours. Forget the customer friendly hours most banks are open. You can’t tap to pay. The app doesn’t work a lot of the time either. There have been several times I can’t see my balance. Just another business the villages failed at, alongside restaurants.
