Mobile deposit stupidity
The check I received already has the phrase “For mobile deposit only” printed on the back with a box to check. Even though the box for mobile deposits is checked, it was denied because you say it must be hand written. Bureaucratic redundancy at its highest levels. Someone in management, please correct this.
