Disappointed
This app is terrible. I have tried updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. I try to look at my transactions and it gives me an error message and says to call. It’s been like that for the last week. Customer service gave no solutions besides updating. Never had an issue with any other banking app.

This app is horrible. You cannot even load the account with out it glitching and logging you out.
Can’t Login
I have not been able to login to this app since it’s been created. The many updates they’ve done have not fixed it. Using iPhone 13 Pro. Enter username and p-word, provide a day use phone #, receive “successful” save notification, hit continue button, takes me back to the login page, process starts all over. A continuous loop. What’s happening? I can go online to the website login, no problems, I get right in. Tried it again because of new update. Still the same. App is still junk. Gave it 1 star because there’s nothing less.

Y’all need to fix this thing it’s been a month. You can’t send money when been requested from friend. It’s been almost a month now. In 2022 this shouldn’t be a problem. Every time I had to go on my computer ti get a simple task done

I’ve had this app on my phone for several years. I use it occasionally however, as of last week it won’t even open. Wasted space

Basic app functions don’t work!
Face ID doesn’t work on iPhone, and hasn’t for quite some time. Also won’t allow you to transfer funds from one account to another (internal transfer).
Good but...
This is user friendly but missing some of the basics that other banks and credit unions offer and that’s the daily running balance. This is the main reason why I don’t give this higher stars. I have seen previous reviews by others asking for the same thing.....
Love the new app....really like the newer app.
