Why download the app when all the options it gives you sends you straight to the website to log in again it’s so stupid

I have trying using the app several times the last two days and it slows you to put all the data in, but won’t script it into the system when you hit send.

Dual verification? Email AND phone? And why is the US code not listed at the top by default?
Cannot use well
Will not allow to report graffiti,give location.Not Downloading till problems get fixed
Mapping for city services is not functional
I tried to use the app to report graffiti I saw in a city park a day earlier. There is no option to extract location from photos. No option to enter GPS coordinates. The app would only let me enter a street address, but there is no relevant street address in this large park with many trails. Even the option to pick a location from a map didn’t work. In the end, I wasn’t able to make a report.

Need bug fixed
App freezes & closes every time I try to request a recycle container when I get to the part where you choose which type of container you want.

Why have an app if the user is required to login every time they want to use it? Why create an app that only redirects the user to a website. I’ve seen better apps from 8 year olds.
Can’t even log in
I can access my portal via web but when I enter my user name and password in the app it tells me it’s wrong. Can’t log in so won’t be using app.
Quick reference guide
Better experience than searching the website with the quick titles organized in categories. The quick pay city service bill is nice.
I wish we could setup auto pay or at least have the ability to have the portal remember our credit card/checking account number so we don’t have to type it in every time.

No built in payment portal
An app that takes you to a web application? Poor development at its finest.
So buggy and doesn’t work
I cannot even log in to the app because apparently my password is incorrect, so when I sign in with google and confirm my number, nothing happens with the code provided. Useless waste of time

An app that makes me sign in with a text message or phone call so that I can click a button to do something I want only to be redirected to a website to log in

Doesn’t work - cannot setup an account
You get the OTP to confirm mobile phone, but can’t submit to confirm your number. How can something so basic pass QA?
