There’s about 50 of us came over to Frankfurt for work, our company found this place and it’s a gem 💎 great little place, next to the river. Clean and very convenient. Staff are very helpful and we been here over two months and there’s no big issues. We will be back here soon no doubt about it 🫰🏽

Very easy and love city Pop
Love city Pop and the App very easy to used and user friendly
App not working
I tried to log onto City Pop app and it does NOT work. It is forever stuck in reboot mode. Upon attempting to log into the app, it said that I needed to update to the latest version which I did. But it still does not work. My phone is also on the latest iOS version so there is no reason why this app shouldn’t be working. There is definitely a major IT problem at City Pop.

Lots of Challenges & Opportunities
City Pop is a great concept. Locations are generally good, but the level of customer service is NOT GOOD. Examples:
- App: does not always work for checking in. Everything is based on the app. You have a problem, submit a support ticket on the app. This includes such things as apartment not clean upon check in, common halllways dirty thus will track in dirt to apartment, some gym equipment not working, expresso machine does not have PODs that fit the machine available for sale in the same city,
- Reponses to issues: We will alert housekeeping, maintenance, do a search for pods you're on youre own. Nothing was resolved. Ref expresso machine, why does City Pop have expresso maching in apartment if no pods are available for purchase in that city??
- On positive side, location is good for transportation, grocerty stores, short term rental concept is good.
