Quality of password reset codes and the pathway in which the activated link take you which is no where, I have been trying to log in to the app but find my self only being able to pay my bill via bank payment on the portal and cannnot for some reason rest my password or even log in to the apps?

Can't see membership, any data. And to track activities there are heaps of better apps. Only thing more useless and buggy than this app is probably their website -- or the people at their counters.
