Buses running without permit. Me nd copassengers have to leave after traffic police stopped the bus
There buses are running without permit. I was travelling from Noida to Gurgaon and just before botanical garden few people boarded the bus. There bus was not permitted to ride. After few minutes my bus was stopped by traffic police and everyone asked to leave as my bus was also running without permit.
Moreover the bus was already running late and then this happened. It was so frustrating. Me and other passengers have to take nearest metro station to reach office. They don’t have proper management to resolve issues.

Bad experience
My experience with Cityflo was extremely disappointing. I had booked a bus and reached the boarding point on time, but no bus arrived at the scheduled time. There was no bus number or contact number available at the pickup point, so I had no way to get any updates.
I contacted Customer Care, but they only kept repeating their scripted responses and did not provide any real resolution or assistance.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking Cityflo to anyone.

A Dangerous Manipulator
These operator is the best manipulator in the market, since the day they they have wiped out Ubar from the convenience bus services by conniving with the mantris. Now they are manipulating travellers choices by forcing double bookings , and misguided bookings. They are behaving as if there’s no tomorrow. They have become such a manipulator that the travellers are supposed to record the whole booking process, to safeguard themselves. Indians always loved to use Indian startups and used them gleefully, but not at the cost of manipulations. Neither the mantri nor this cheater manipulator can roost the market forever. I APPEAL ALL THE TRAVELLERS TO BE BEWARE OF THIS BIG CHEATER AND MANIPULATOR. Anyone, agreeing with me, please nod my view.

Disappointed, grateful, and exhausted
started using cityflo since the last 1 yr. 4 times the bus went before time with no update, 3 times the bus came after 20 minutes or more (even if it was origin stop), at least 6 times bus number changed at the last moment and twice the entire time changed (from 5 to directly 6)
quick math: at least once every month (note that there are 15-20 working days in a month) there was something up. I’m not going to lie, this is one of the BEST services in the city - hands down, but the moment a competition enters, it’s game over for CityFlo. Ps. Mylo is worse tho lol

Very disappointed
The recent change in shuttle pick-up and drop points has caused significant inconvenience for many residents in our area. The new stop is 4.5 km from my home, and there is no reliable auto or local transport available nearby. As a result, reaching the pick-up point and getting home from the drop location has become extremely difficult. Such major changes should not be implemented without prior notice or consideration of commuters' convenience. Please consider restoring the previous stop or routing at least a few shuttles through our area.
I’m literally very very disappointed with the new change.
Also, in recent months you have increased the shuttle subscription price by 2 times.
I wish if we have new competitor in the market.
