Buses running without permit. Me nd copassengers have to leave after traffic police stopped the bus
Moreover the bus was already running late and then this happened. It was so frustrating. Me and other passengers have to take nearest metro station to reach office. They don’t have proper management to resolve issues.
Bad experience
I contacted Customer Care, but they only kept repeating their scripted responses and did not provide any real resolution or assistance.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking Cityflo to anyone.
A Dangerous Manipulator
Disappointed, grateful, and exhausted
quick math: at least once every month (note that there are 15-20 working days in a month) there was something up. I’m not going to lie, this is one of the BEST services in the city - hands down, but the moment a competition enters, it’s game over for CityFlo. Ps. Mylo is worse tho lol
Very disappointed
I’m literally very very disappointed with the new change.
Also, in recent months you have increased the shuttle subscription price by 2 times.
I wish if we have new competitor in the market.
Declining service quality and ineffective customer support
Despite the continuous increase in fares, the condition of buses has been deteriorating. The recent support system update has made things worse: there is either no proper way to report an issue or issues remain unresolved/open for a very long time.
It’s convenient but a lot of things has to be improved
Firstly, there is no proper guidance on what a passenger should do if they miss their bus at the selected stop. In my case, after missing my bus, I went to the next stop listed in the app assuming I could catch it there. However, the bus passed by without stopping. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the bus only halts at stops where passengers have bookings, and since no one had booked from that stop, it didn’t stop there.
This is quite confusing because the app displays a sequence of stops, which naturally gives the impression that the bus will stop at each one. There is no indication that certain stops are conditional or will be skipped if there are no bookings. If that’s how the system works, it should be clearly communicated in the app so passengers know what to expect. Otherwise, if someone misses their bus, there is no clear alternative or backup option to catch it at the next stop.
Secondly, the booking system is quite restrictive. There is no option to book a single ride—I am required to purchase a package every time. This lack of flexibility makes the service less user-friendly, especially for occasional users who may only need a one-time ride.
Overall, CityFlowBus needs to improve transparency in its stop system and offer more flexible booking options to make the experience more reliable and commuter-friendly.
Stupid app forcing continuous location sharing
Misleading “Unlimited” Package Information
You cannot book another ride in the same shift—even in emergencies—which is a serious limitation that is not clearly communicated before purchase. Had this been transparently stated, I would never have opted for this plan.
Be very careful before buying. The service quality may be good, but the package terms are misleading.
Pathetic driver behaviour
Wrong bus stop + worst customer support
No flexibility on timings or refunds on their delays
A great service, if you get a seat
You have to relentlessly be glued to the app to see when a seat opens up and that too you will be able to if you are faster than your competitors.
So unless there are more buses introduced one cannot rely on the services for the long term.
As mentioned earlier it’s a great service with good management, but at the end of the day a seat on the bus matters the most.
Worst service ever
I booked a ride at 7:46 PM with an ETA of 8:08 PM. I reached the stop at 7:53 PM, well ahead of time. Despite that, the bus arrived and left without waiting for all passengers to board. I have a 15-ride prepaid package, yet I was left stranded. According to their policy, the bus only waits 90 seconds—that’s not even enough for someone to get to the door, especially if the stop is busy.
What’s worse is that there’s no option to contact the driver directly. In an app-based service, this should be a basic feature. The helplessness of not being able to communicate with the person operating the bus is incredibly frustrating.
Then comes their cancellation policy, which is beyond unreasonable. You cannot cancel a ride unless you upgrade your plan, meaning you have to pay extra just to cancel something you already paid for. This feels like a money trap, not a convenience.
The timings are never reliable. Sometimes the bus arrives much later than the ETA, and at other times, it comes early and leaves before schedule. There’s no consistency, making it very hard to depend on Cityflo for daily commute.
The worst part? This was the last bus of the day. And Cityflo didn’t care how I would reach home. There was no assistance, no alternate arrangement, and not even a message of concern.
What if someone has no option but Cityflo to get home safely? This kind of service is careless and dangerous, especially in a city where commuting late hours can be risky.
Eventually, I had to fight with customer care just to get my money refunded. No proactive help. No ownership. Just robotic responses.
Final Thought:
Cityflo may look polished as an app, but their policies, response, and attitude toward customers are unacceptable. If you’re planning to depend on them—be ready to be stranded without warning.
They seriously need to rethink how they treat paying customers. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Too many mosquitoes
Very Worst Experience
Fake and fraud Cityflo in the name of bus service
I suggest to not fall in this trap and avoid the service to save our valuable time and energy.
I don't see single advertisement on social media
Do go for flexi pass so early
Worst experience because of this one driver.
Not going to travel with cityflow henceforth.
