I recommend reviewing the fare structure and introducing better earning opportunities and pricing options for bike riders. Improving these areas would encourage more riders to use the platform and contribute to its long-term growth.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this. Hopr works differently from ride hailing platforms, it is built around Hosts and Guests sharing commute costs rather than fixed fare based earnings. That said, we value your input on pricing flexibility and will forward it to our team for review.

As we move beyond our launch phase, we have shifted from launch period incentive pricing to our standard rate card, which may reflect slightly different rates than before. Our goal remains to help hosts recover a meaningful portion of their fuel costs while keeping rides affordable for guests and ensuring Hopr stays sustainable long term. Best App but Worst support
Actually I was suggestion everyone to start using the Hopr but unfortunately now I am only thinking to switch to quick ride due to this issue.
