Loving it!

Just joined City Row. I love it. I can already see my definition and muscle toning. The staff is engaging, encouraging, friendly, and easy to work with.

Exceeded my expectations!!!

Kira has been trying to get me there for some time, but I didn’t know if I would be able to handle the intensity, but was always told I could go at my own pace, which I do and love it. I was absolutely blown away with the total body workout. The studio is gorgeous, beyond clean and the equipment is first class all the way. The owners are the nicest and most accommodating people. Having just had a total knee replacement and spinal surgery I was a bit hesitant, but not anymore. I always look forward to my next class.

Love it!!!

Amazing and challenging workouts with very talented and professional instructors. The owner, Dan, is also awesome!!! Try it! You may love it! I did!!!

Enjoy workouts but App usability could be better

First let me start off that I really enjoy CityRow. I have it connected to my water rower and it works great.

Regarding usability i have it on my phone that is next to me and the End Class button is popping up sometimes when setting a time or distance end then I hit it by accident. There is no way to go back/resume after this but also feel this button might need a different position.

When I reopen a class to finish what i started the scrubbing of the timeline is not very smooth and also interrupts with iPhones native functionality where it shows the swipe bar at the bottom.

In addition to this I would love to see an integration with Apple Watch.

Overall I do really like the Cityrow app and classes!

City Row from a beginners POV

Always enjoyed the rowing machines at the clubs. Decided I would buy a rower and have the convenience of using it on my time. Wife suggested I sign up for a class, see if I like the hydro tower, learn technique etc.

Wow, what an experience. Total workout for the whole body. You combine rowing, yoga, weights and core all into one session. Love the class and instructors. As a newbie I felt at home. Worked at my pace and am improving each session. I have 7 workouts under my belt and still look forward to going to class. Plus I don’t have to store or move a bulky machine at home.

Give it a try, great compliment to my bike rides and runs. No, I’m not ultra fit or even in good shape. Just trying to get better.

Signed,

Your 5’9” 230 lb beginner Robbie
