Always auto log out
Recently keel log out and login again with correct email and password show error
why does the notification keeps poping up???
Lots and lots of messages in the menu box, but there is no button to click "read all", cant even slide left or right to mark as read. I downloaded the app yesterday, and today there are 26 messages!!! Terrible!!!

無故自動登出
語言揀中文，但顯示英文。
瀏覽時多番無故被登出，每次登入後數秒就再次被自動登出，來回好幾次都一樣。
即使刪除app再重新下載，情況依舊

Don’t forget your password!
I put in my email in the “forgot password” that page, but obviously there’s bug in the app which makes it unable to process this request and go to the next page / send me the email to retrieve / change my password. There’s no way i can get back my account.
Everything I wished to buy sold out.
It’s not an e-shop but an e-catalogue.
Unreliable delivery service
Probably the worst grocery delivery service I’ve used in HK so far. Not only the actual delivery date is one day later than the selected one, but also a few items missing. There is nowhere inside the app to report error or appeal refund. Disappointed as how the whole fulfilment and customer service turned out tobe by this premier supermarket brand.

Wrong credit card charging
They just charged an incorrect amount when some items are out of stock. If you have purchased anything from city’super, please check your credit card bill.
waste of time
I have spent at least one hour on this app, this is so frustrating because it takes forever to load.After 10 items you have to wait until it loads and it just takes forever. Also, I did not realise that there was a delivery available icon in the bottom of an item and once I picked out all my items which was 29 items, out of 29 items 1 was available for delivery. And since we’re in a pandemic we cannot go outside, so this is so disrespectful and a waste of time tonight even have these items delivered.
