So there’s really no point in the app existing, you can’t e-sign anything on the app. A quick email is with a document that you can e-sign would be more efficient than making people go through this process.
Registration glitches
My wife was never able to register her account due to some error in your system so we couldn’t e-sign our loan documents. We ended up printing a 40 pg loan and hand signing it. Well unfortunately our first loan was denied and we had to re-apply a month later so When I contacted the digital platform support number I was told it would be a simple data patch to fix my wife’s account, followed up by phone for the next 3 days and now a week has gone by and still am unable to even login with my wife’s account and the data patch still isn’t done and support won’t give me even a timeline for when they think it will be fixed. Once again we had to print and hand sign a 40 pg document. This is the ONLY reason I login to you platform, to sign documents, and I’m unable to do that in a time sensitive scenario rendering your entire digital platform totally unusable. My loan officer contacted you and was also not helped in timely manner your tech support. Wish we would have just used docusign from the start.
