I was hoping to have a look @ my loan, make payments etc. unfortunately this was not the case.

Worthless

The app is a a worthless as the company. Miserable, awful experience buying my second home. My first purchase wasn’t a walk in the park but this was one thousand times more difficult than necessary. The sales rep was rude and flat out ignored me the majority of the time. My first payment isn’t even due yet and they’ve sold my loan. Which is fine, I planned to refi soon just to get away from GR anyway.

Would not recommend. The company or the app.

Waste of time

I am a first time buyer looking for info on a new home. While at first they tried to help it quickly became a headache. I filled out a pre qualification form just to be told to do it again. You talk to a different person literally every time you pick up the phone. Out of the 4 people I spoke to in a matter of two days only 1 person even had the intelligence to realize what I needed but by that time I honestly lost my want for a house. I’d literally rather pay rent than to go through that just for more debt in my name for the next 20-30 yrs

Can’t manage your mortgage

I got this app because there are 100 different to get to paying your mortgage. Was hoping the app would eliminate that. I was wrong.

Just a sales app

Thought we could use this app to view our current loan but I was wrong. It’s just used as a sales tool for prospective clients not current clients of Guarenteed Rate.
