Foreign number unfriendly
The app is very bad. I have a foreign number and suddenly I am unable to login. The bank staff is not helpful at all - it has been a month since the issue was reported and they are still straggling to solve it.
Functional, for the most part
It works, but it’s clear there’s no proper QA and no proper development process in place, which isn’t surprising since everything in Montenegro is like this.
This app is not a native iOS application, so it doesn’t behave the way you’d expect for an iOS application. It also fails to log me in every now and again, and after I view a few transaction records in a row, it logs me out and I have to log back in. It’s also slow to load data and transaction details. Also, and what bothers me most, the fees the app quotes me for transfers does match how much I actually get charged (which, unsurprisingly, is more). Not to mention that, while the app has these issues and are not fixed, the bank always remembers to charge me its fees.
Everything here could improve so much if people actually cared just a little more; this attitude of indifference and carelessness is everywhere.

If open app and try to scroll down - it crashes and closes.

Can't send money. App is crashing. It works OK on Android

Ужасное приложение !!! Я не могу войти в него и внести данные карты! Зачем на главной странице карта? Где эта функция? Только ввести имя и пароль! Придумать пароль нет функции!
