Not working on I watch
Does not work on I watch anymore says to login using your phone and won’t do nothing. Tried deleting and restarting nothing helps
Never Reliable
I have had issues after the first year of having this remote start. The app is always glitching. It stopped working and I can never send a request to help because the “server is down”. I have email support over and over again. No response. The app is unreliable and full of bugs.
It used to work. It no longer does.
It used to be able to turn my car on.
Now it can no longer do that. It can still lock and unlock.
And I can still turn the car on using 3 clicks on the remote.
But this app can no longer turn my car on. I won’t be renewing my annual cell service.

Nice feature to have but something a little frustrating about it.
For some reason they don't have automatic renewal. and when my service expires I don't get a notice ahead of time. So I was out on a hike and wanted to remote start my car but when I pulled up the app it was expired and it wanted all my information and credit card agin, which I didn't have on me. Now I'm trying to renew but when I click on renew it's stuck on "please wait"

DOES NOT WORK
App dosent work most of the time after a year, contacted the app developer and haven’t received a response

It is nice to have all of these options to monitor my vehicle location, battery health, lock and unlock, as well as the auto start. Great app and service!
Plus’s, but one major drawback
Most other remote apps let you unlock the vehicle from the app if you accidentally leave your key fob in the vehicle; this app does not. The fact that it will let you lock it in the first place with the fob in there and not unlock it is ridiculous. Other than that, I do like the remote start feature, it works well on my phone and watch. But due to the unlock flaw, I’m going to rip this thing out of my vehicle and put in something better like Compustar.

Dont buy!
There are more reliable companies out there, not only was I having issues while using the app when I had this device on my ford, but I stopped using it for a few and after I wanted to use it again they permanently disabled the device. Customer service is horrible for this company.
Good at 1st but it will fail
App worked 75% of the time. Then after the one year free trial was done I purchased a 2 year extension. Then the app worked about 20% of the time. Now after a year and a half it does not work at all. I emailed customer service and they responded days later but were no help. Called support line and representative was rude and blamed the equipment. I do not recommend this app or the hardware.

Renewal Bust
The app worked very well when I had it installed. Once I paid for the renewal the app does not start the car. It now takes several attempts to no avail. It’s like the communication is disrupted. Called the installer and have an appointment for 1/20/25 that only took over a month to get.
Love it, just needs one thing
Love the CL6 app and the product.
Have it on our fleet of 13 vehicles and everything works great and the price is reasonable.
Would love a future app update to allow the vehicles to be rearranged to a specific order in the “garage” on the app.

Awesome app
App does everything you’d need it to do. Should add iPhone shortcuts.
Needs to be able to schedule automatic start
I love the app but it’s lacking in features. It would be nice to have you car AUTOMATICALLY start at a predetermined time daily so it’s either cool or warm when you are ready to leave.

The first year of service that comes included with the purchase of the module works very well, but I made the mistake of renewing it for two years on one of my cars, and after the renewal, I started having problems. For about four months now, it hasn't worked with the phone; it has completely lost the signal. I contacted customer service, and they told me that the system needed to be updated, which they supposedly did, but the issue persists. I reported it again over a month ago, but they never responded. So now I'm stuck with this system. That's why I recommend that you look for an alternative and don't buy this brand and model.

I need to renew my service but I can’t find a we site , the app asks for full information of my credit card but I can’t find d a we site or any other form of payment that I can trust without giving full info of my card ?? How can I Kay for the 3 year renewal of service ?

Finicky
For awhile it was allowing me to use the app on my Apple Watch. But now the watch keeps telling me to “login using the CL6 app on your iPhone or iPad device.” I am logged in on my phone. That hasn’t changed. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it’s still the same. Very disappointing.
It’s working flawlessly
I have it only for one year however, no connections or delays problems. Friendly interface, easy to use.
Creating password problem
I can’t even create my password because it takes me to a invalid website.
Not working
Most of time The app can’t connect to service. Been using it for over 3 years but this year won’t renew it anymore.
