Locks Up
Desparately in need of an app update for an and/or reboot! 1 hair had the app for some time now, but the last few months it has been nothing but problems, locks up, won't print and/or shuts down. I use this in and my case it has been very handy in my classroom. Guess it is time to took for a newer label maker!

Can’t connect to iPhone
It won’t work with my phone at all
Serial number bogs up…
Would have given this 5 stars, but the serial number printing bogs up after two. I needed consecutive numbers printed and I have tried restarting the app, the printer, AND my phone, and the most I have been able to print is 5 in a row.
Everything else is as expected.

Potential malware
I had gotten one of the printers on Amazon and I have a very obfuscated security on everything including my devices and online accounts. Well after downloading this app, I started getting login attempts to my Apple ID that had previously never happened. Call it a coincidence, but I’m just saying it’s best to avoid this app entirely. It’s a huge liability utilizing this app or any of the services they provide.
