Solid Time-Saver for Field Adjusters
As an independent adjuster handling a high volume of claims, ClaimScale has genuinely cut down my admin time. Photo organizing is way faster than my old manual process, and having scope sheet work in the same app saves me from juggling multiple tools between inspections and estimate writing. It's become a regular part of my workflow.
Not perfect—there's room to grow in a few areas—but it's reliable enough that I'd recommend it to other adjusters looking to streamline their process. For a product that is so new and has so few bugs, it's only going to get better, and the process of streamlining claims is going to get faster and easier with this app.

Awesome App
I'm an adjuster who's done thousands of claims for multiple carriers. This keeps everything in one spot. I used to be going back and forth from my phone to my iPad and even my computer.
It works even without service, which is a huge help in remote areas. A ton of the information is also pre-filled, which saves time during the inspection, and everything is labeled, which makes it easy to go through each claim systematically every time. The pitch gauge tool is a simple feature but it's built right into the app and that's been super nice. You don't have to use a laser.
After using it I can't imagine doing claims how I used to.

I have a normal life again!
The app allows me closure. I set up the files in Claimscale the night before, then take my photos and load my scope right there at the inspection. The next day the estimate is ready and I send it to the opposing appraiser.
It’s off my desk and it takes a huge amount of pressure off of me. I can have a normal life again, not stressing all night long over the files I need to get done.

One piece of software that covers everything I need in the field. Photos, measurements, notes, anything related to my inspections, all in one place.
Being able to order measurement reports without ever leaving the claim I'm inspecting is the one I'd point at. Then you fill out your completion checklist to make sure you have everything, and you're done. No long hours at the desk at the end of the day, because it's already complete.
I used to work all day to complete three or four quality claims. Now it's double, if not triple, and I haven't sacrificed any quality.
I'm not the most organized person, but I don't have to stress about it anymore.
