Is The Claire's App Shutting Down As Well
So I'm hearing from the news that a lot of Claire's stores are shutting down I just want to know if the App is also gonna end up shutting down or its here to stay for online only??? Im so confused I am going to miss the happiness of Claire's cause I grew up going in there all the time!!!! Today's Generation will never know what it felt like going into Claire's and seeing all the beautiful Jewelry and accessories that it had!!!!! I will dearly miss my favorite store I hope there's a buyer to stop the complete shut down of all major stores!!!!

Doesn’t work
First off never get your ears pierced here they did mine when I was young and it was dine in the wrong place too low down! Now, for the actual app, it doesn’t work it only tells you to find a store and when you doo it says “book appointment” or “more details” and the more details doesn’t do anything at all just like the website. You can’t view any products or anything like that. It’s a good store for your children although it is way too overpriced but not a good piercing place or website. So that is why this is getting a bad rating.

So i just wanna say i LOVE Claire’s but they’re app:not so much. First of all idek how to find my basket and second of all it’s PAINFULLY slow!!! Please fix this and it’ll be five stars 😌

This app is the most ridiculous, non-user friendly, unorganized hot mess of a way to shop I’ve ever seen. There’s no “back” button, no way to go to your cart without adding some random item so a window will pop up asking if you want to view your cart or checkout. There are so many things about this app that make it appear to be thrown together last minute or like a child did it. I guess Claire’s is not a business I’ll be shopping from anymore because I prefer online shopping and pickup from the store but it’s not worth the headache trying to navigate through this.

I have everything added in the cart and when it comes to paying there is nothing in my basket, please help! I love buying jewelry here!! Also 1 time I managed to pay for my items only once they appeared and I waited and they never sent them because they don't know why they refunded me but I wanted the jewelry😔

Terrible
The website and the app is trash. I placed an order through the app and there was a glitch, something about token expiring. So I re-entered my info and the order went through the second try but I ended up with two pending charges for the same order. I emailed customer service and they got back to me the next day but with an auto generated response. Something along the lines of sorry for the inconvenience but we had to cancel your order and you should not be charged for that order. They did not address my issue at all. After that, only one charge was removed from my bank. There was still the issue with the duplicate charge, if they had canceled my order then both pending charges should be gone. I really wanted to get my daughter some things with the awesome deal (buy 3 get 3), I placed the order again but through the website this time and the same thing happened.. expired token, order didn’t go through but I still got a pending charge for it.. I said screw it. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I’ll have to call my bank to dispute the charges because customer service doesn’t really know what they’re doing. I also emailed them about updating my phone number but it’s crickets on that issue. I don’t know what happened.. Claire’s is falling apart.

This app is absolutely terrible and does not function as it should. Continuously asks for u to sign in after u've already logged in countless times. U can't return to ur previous search when u click on an item. I refuse to put my card info all bc of this. I use Apple Pay instead to be cautious. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Doesn’t work. At all. I wish I had read the reviews instead of going by the 4 stars ⭐️ at the top of the page. More negative reviews are needed to drop the stars back down where they should be. All I wanted was to log into my account and use the vouchers I have. I thought it would be better than the website but alas it seems everything needs updating…

Not buying from here again
I ordered a delivery and when it arrived multiple items were missing and when I entered all the information of the order to sort it out, it repeatedly told me it was wrong information when it was 100% right

I feel like the app needs a upgrade because it is pretty boring of the search bar and the store one at Walmart said get 3 things and get 3 things free and they took both my gift cards and they both had $25 on them and the 3 things I got with was not free

Constantly logs you out and cites “Mismatched Token.” This is with “Remember Me” enabled.
Can’t return to search upon selecting an item page to look at. The search has to start over.
As of now, not a single payment (Card, Apple, Klarna…) method goes through, and the site/app just redirects you to your cart. I had lost several important items in my cart hours ago due to payment failure, wherein several of said important items that I’ve been waiting for the chance to purchase went out of stock.
Last week, I had another set of items in my cart to take advantage of the discount. I suddenly lost access to my cart despite being logged in, resulting in customer service contact resolution coming days later and the discount expiring. I requested some discount to match this, but they apparently aren’t allowed to give any.
The promised C-Club “free gift” doesn’t exist. I’ve tried contacting stores around my area and they have no clue either.
I had an item that broke upon opening. With the receipt, I contacted the customer service email. It took customer service over the course of 1-1.5 weeks just for them to instruct me to ‘Contact my store.’ SHEIN and Temu service agents are much more timely, replying within a few minutes or 2 days.
Just… let me buy the items I want at the price I can afford… Hire a site designer who can fix the site, hire a developer who can fix the app…

Terrible non working app
This app is something I downloaded so I wouldn’t have to log on via safari to access my account and place orders. It’s an utter joke! It’s got my location and nearest store but to press on ANYTHING to either view products to purchase or to try and see any part of my account it either works so slowly it stops or never worked to begin with. Had to make a purchase via Safari TWICE because the app wouldn’t work at all, hasn’t let me log in either. Don’t see the point in it at all. Thought it was an Internet issue but went to try and track my order to no avail as yet again it did nothing when I clicked on anything on the app, so I’ll have to use Safari, which I wanted to avoid hence downloading this app in the first place. Do not recommend at all and will be uninstalling it after this review, appalled.

I’ve been trying to order a pair of socks for a few days now. Every time I put in my credit card information, it would say the information wasn’t valid and to try again, which I did a few times. However, it is taking my money as if I had actually bought the socks even though it doesn’t let me?
