Clapper has quickly become one of my favorite social platforms. It feels more authentic, interactive, and creator-friendly than many other apps. I love being able to go live, meet new people, build a real community, and actually have a chance to be discovered. I’m currently growing my page here, and I can genuinely see Clapper becoming much bigger in the future. Used to be my favorite app
I been using clapper for 2 years now. It used to work great. I have lost so much money the past 3 weeks or longer. I can check DMs. Wasn’t able to post a reel for over a week. If I am not logged in I won’t see messages sent in groups or DMs. They just won’t load. I no longer am able to see or collect gift boxes. Or reply to DMs regarding purchases followers have been trying to to make. I have lost followers because they think I am ignoring them. I have no clue how to get them to fix this. And my app is worthless to me now. I am losing money and followers everyday.

I’ve been using the app for awhile now and it’s a good app but it has its downside like for 1 it shouldn’t be $100 to cash out it should be $50 max it’s to hard to make money because no one wants to pay it’s stupid you have to have so much and do so much to make so little

The app has been having issues in which I’ve brought up to support. Their support team really lacks on any help when there’s technical issues. If you need a response you’re in no luck. I can’t even open the app without it freezing. I close the app and whatever video playing- the sound will continue to play even if the app is closed. I rely on this app to make money. But I can’t even access what I need to via messages or groups because the app is constantly laggy or freezes. I did the app update and I’m not sure even what these app updates are improving. When I get a response from “clapper support” it’s always “ohhh it must be a connection issue” mind you, I use several different apps for work and they all function just fine. I’m not sure why this happens to be the slowest app ever but it’s really pushing creators away when we can’t even access the app to begin with. I spoke with another creator recently who mentioned she couldn’t use the app for 3 months! Clapper needs to step up and do better. Because why it is that apps like Instagram function normally but this app is like dialing for internet connection. I hate to leave a bad review but we’re tired of this! I’ve been on the app since 2022 and it shouldn’t be functioning like this. I’m aggravated!

Bad updates
Removed DM tips as a feature, which dozens of creators relived heavily on.
Removed tipping option ???
I was loving this app until yesterday that they removed the option to send a tip . Now there’s only the coins options where they take literally 65% of commission . Now to tip $50 you have to send 10k of diamond which is worth 143$ ! So disappointed . Bring the tipping feature back
