Terrible user experience
I don’t understand how apps and websites can have different passwords. The designers have clearly never done any kind of user acceptance testing. If they’d tried to use their own product they wouldn’t have signed it off.
I downloaded the app as the website isn’t mobile friendly and you can’t view things on the site. But I can’t even login to the app. Went on here to read the reviews and now I see I’m not the only one.
I don’t think business leaders really understand the impact of the inconvenience of business booking systems like this. It must cause people to leave for another job!

Two step authentication process poorly designed.
Standard authenticator doesn’t work
Request to sen email. Email doesn’t contain code but QR. Scanning isn’t possible from the same cell phone.
