Avoid Buy Again
I’ve been using this app for the last year or so to park in a particular car park in Brighton. Just changed the car and updated my vehicle details in the app - removed the old car added the new. Went to use the ‘Park Again’ functionality and it linked the parking period to my old car resulting in a parking fine. I will be deleting the app and avoiding all Nexus Pay and PayByPhone parking as a result.

Literally the worst app I have ever used
Wish I could give it 0 stars honestly. If you re thinking of using this app for your car park-I would rethink it. I literally won’t be using any car parking spaces if I see this logo anywhere near, I’d rather pay twice as much for a space if the option was having to use this app again. Nothing works, I’m literally tapping the screen and nothing is happening at all. Diabolical

Terrible app, cannot pay for parking after selecting location!! No number to call to confirm
App is rubbish - doesn’t let you write!
Unbelievable- cannot enter words in some spaces like car colour and password. Won’t let memorisers last the colour but won’t let me write anything. So how are we supposed to pay for parking?!
