Not working
Used this app in a hospital car car park set up the session but is was missing when we left had to pay when we reached home then late pay did not recognise the session
Such a worry dealing with having to be at the hospital is stressful enough will not use again

Need to park somewhere and the app refuses to validate two cards…WTF is the point of this app??
Useless company useless app
Whoever owns this company should fire their whole development team, the website is useless, it lists the available car parks then when you try to book it says no car parks found. The app requires you to sign up for loads of marketing, if you try to select which to opt out it then forgets all the registration information you provided then you have to start over, or do as I did delete the app and find alternative parking.

Another fine because app didn’t log the
Yet again I’ve parked and used Apple Pay, had verification of success on phone and then the app hasn’t logged the parking and £100 fine in the post. Autopay is available at only some of the stations but not Brighton or Three Bridges no one is trying to dodge just if you use daily then eventually you will get caught as the app frequently doesn’t log and it’s only if you notice that you don’t get fined.

Requires you to fill in long registration forms before you can park. It is bloody stupid
