Avoid Buy Again
I’ve been using this app for the last year or so to park in a particular car park in Brighton. Just changed the car and updated my vehicle details in the app - removed the old car added the new. Went to use the ‘Park Again’ functionality and it linked the parking period to my old car resulting in a parking fine. I will be deleting the app and avoiding all Nexus Pay and PayByPhone parking as a result.

Literally the worst app I have ever used
Wish I could give it 0 stars honestly. If you re thinking of using this app for your car park-I would rethink it. I literally won’t be using any car parking spaces if I see this logo anywhere near, I’d rather pay twice as much for a space if the option was having to use this app again. Nothing works, I’m literally tapping the screen and nothing is happening at all. Diabolical

Terrible app, cannot pay for parking after selecting location!! No number to call to confirm
App is rubbish - doesn’t let you write!
Unbelievable- cannot enter words in some spaces like car colour and password. Won’t let memorisers last the colour but won’t let me write anything. So how are we supposed to pay for parking?!

Rubbish App Got Parking Ticket
This app is one of the worst I have ever used. Multiple failures where you cant register a card or payment is not able to be paid and you end up with a parking ticket. Completely useless.
Logs me out every time I try to register a car
Every time I try and register my car with the app, the app logs me out immediately.
Annoying app
It’s pitch black - unable to read signs in the car park so had to photograph them. Downloaded app. Found location. Could I add my car registration- no! Crashed the app every time. Went into the hotel reception and found out that it was 4 hours free- no where does it say that. What a waste of time!!

Very very very Stupid app, it keeps quitting when you add the number plate, it doesn’t work at all. Waste time rubbish.

Slow Confusing App
Forced to download this app due to parking location. Payment did not work, then tried to pay over the phone instead, various payment cards were rejected when calls made from my phone linked to Nexus account. Was eventually able to make a payment using my son’s phone and ringing the number. (Wasted about 20 minutes of the time I paid for parking just trying to pay!)

Doesn’t
Like others. Downloaded but then couldn’t go any further after entering code. Gotntimes out. It’s says call customer service but there’s no number. Thankfully my daughter had the app so was able to do it. I’ve tried three times and now have had too many attempts in one month!
One of the worst
Dreadful app, presented badly. No integration with autofill or password managers. You setup a card manually to pay (wtf?) then it lets you use Apple Pay. Why not just integrate to Apple Pay?
Not a good app
Had to download this to pay for parking. Login doesn’t work properly and I can’t download a receipt for my parking session. The option is blank.

Truly terrible
Neither my wife nor I have been able to get the app to accept our credit cards. This resulted in a fine for my wife which she appealed, we never received the appeal rejection and the fine is going through the roof. They will not communicate in any normal manner. Avoid them if you can
Doesn’t work for me
On the pay for parking page it will let you type in location code/location name but that’s it. Nothing else happens when you press return. Tried hitting the ‘show all location’ button & it comes up with an ‘important message’ stating they’ve solved an issue with related to 3ds2’. Also tried ‘nearby locations’ button & comes up with ‘ no locations retrieved’ even though my locations are switched on & the location arrow logo appears on the left hand corner. For what is an essentially a simple app compared to some there are a lot of problems with this app.

Awful and expensive!
Awful application! No ability to use Apple Pay. Also, fixed daily amount of £5 regardless of parking duration. Avoid unless you’re desperate!

I downloaded this app as it was the only option for me to pay for my parking and it kept coming up with error try again later every time I tried to pay which lead me to get a parking fine as I couldn’t pay using the app!!!
