Can you maintain my login?
Very annoying that I have to log in to this app EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I would like to check my classes. With no option to “trust this device” or “stay logged in”…
Unclear policy about charging
They charging $30 a month even when your classes are not happening, I was about to use it for 1 on 1 yoga classes to book my clients.
I set everything up but didn’t manage to promote new way of booking to my students.
Now they want to charge me $30 and making difficult to cancel/remove my account (they insist on pausing and to do so I need to provide my card details).
Seems like the app is for ‘free’, they charge 2% from each booking - fair enough but on top of that there are hidden charges like mentioned $30 per month.

Doesn’t work for me
Every time I try to use the app as soon as I click on the class I want to join the app crashes
Adequate but a poor user experience
Yes, I can book classes.
But it’s hard work to filter by my gym, and you have to know what to search for so useless for finding anything new in the area.
Why can’t I click on my facility and see what they have to offer? Why can’t I search by date?
Tedious.

Will not let me create account
Does not load list of countries beyond HongKong. Can not type my country in or select from the list, and will not let me use any other form of registration.
