$1500 charges with no explanation
Over $1,500 in charges were withdrawn from our business account without a clear or substantiated explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, support responses were vague, deflective, and failed to provide any meaningful accountability.
For a platform serving small businesses, this lack of billing transparency is deeply concerning. Clear communication and financial integrity are not optional—they are foundational.
Given that Glofox operates under the same parent company as ABC Trainerize, this experience has raised broader concerns about trust, billing practices, and support across their ecosystem. We are now actively evaluating alternative platforms.

Hard to log In constantly
This app doesn’t do as it’s says on the tin, hard to log in , I put all my correct information in and still does not let me login, totally unacceptable 🙈
Hard to see booking now
It seems like the app changed recently such that bookings are hard to see. It’s like a microscopic 1/1 on my iPhone 17 pro max. Please fix!
Another failure
Another Glofox update, again failed communication, staff can’t get logged in to see who is class, constant crashes and starting to look at other options. Surely nothing can be worse than this.

It’s a wonder this company has any paying customers remaining with how terrible this product is. If Glofox in browser is a 5/10, the Glofox iOS app is a 0/10. The entire product team needs to be fired and replaced.
