Was good now terrible don’t not use
The app doesn’t work , new system they have put in place to stop people from sharing access, has now simply stop all people from even getting into the gym. Come up with a new system or this gym is going out of business fast

I often move around a lot for work and it’s brilliant to have one application where I can manage my gym memberships. Would recommend.
Simple and easy to use
Easy to find everything I need. Clean and simple user interface, much better than other gym apps I’ve used in the past.
Don’t get a new phone
This app is complete trash…if you get a new phone it locks you out with no option but to pay for a one day pass regardless of your membership. You need a degree is cryptography to find what you need in it.

Hi there, If you contact your club they will be able to reset your access to allow you to use a new phone, this is a limitation to prevent the sharing of logins/access which unfortunately is quote common without this protection. Good Potential. Poor Execution.
This app has everything it needs, but in a non-user-friendly way. What led me to write this review is how tucked away the ability to access the gym door is. Like once you have your membership set-up, access to the gym is really the only other reason I need to use the app. Like, make that part one of the options at the bottom of the screen. As the title reads, good potential but poorly executed app. Little tweaks will get it there.

Thanks for your feedback, I'm please to say you can now find the option to setup your access on the home screen as well as the option to favorite your gyms door to the home screen for easy access. We've also revamped the profile page to make account management section easier, hopefully this improves your experience!
