Rudeness
Driver DEMANDED $20 and I was quoted from car service personnel $16! Driver became belligerent, argumentative, screaming and yelling and demanded I hand over money immediately! When I told him I was going to call the car service to double check price he screamed don’t bother and snatched the money out of my hand so aggressively.. and slammed the slot that was open for the money that had I not moved my hand he would have smashed hand as well!!
Definitely .. need to monitor and give customers a chance to rate their experience without having to pay/charged a fee to register!!!

You need to start having the price of the ride on the app because the drivers charge different prices during different times of the day then will argue the customer down on what they usually pay… it’s sneaky and I feel like I’m being robbed

#119 is so nice her car was very clean and she spoke english and spanish ! I used this app for the first time and it was perfect so much better than Uber and i love that it has an option to pay cash
