No option to delete MAC address on iOS version
There is no option to delete MAC address on iOS version as in android. Hope to get fixed soon or kindly close your service .

Application is very useless
The application is very wierd, they dont show all the offers correctly. They display banner of some offers and when I want to exercise that offer, the offer is not shown in the package. They dont show all the tickets I opened as well

It is money wate because in 1 month 1 time it will not work.For 200 mb also it can’t work properly i am going to change my wifi.Thank you.

The internet is not good at all. The internet line goes off for 1 hour, 2 hour sometimes even for 12 hours and when I called them they always say it is under maintenance all the time. You need to have better customer service, better internet service. I do not recommend Classic Tech to anyone at all.

Too many bugs
The UI and display of information is so bad.
Under ‘Internet’ menu should show the number of days but doesn’t show anything..just an orange bar and no information.
So many bugs, while referring someone I can’t even see what I’m supposed to enter in those fields as the text is white (I think) on a white background 🤦♂️
Please fix these issues, take some ideas off worldlinks app? They had a decent app and features in it.
Why even bother with an app if there are no properly functions setup within.
