Worst app user experience
A friend gifted me 5 class pass session so I signed up for a free trial. When I went on to book I discovered the free credit would not be applied until after the free trial—fine. But the free trial gave me 0 credits, so I can book anything. I tried to just pay for credits, but I got an “oops something’s wrong” error. When I contacted support they just send me links that went know where. Now I have to call Amex to make sure I’m not billed.

Don’t waste your time dealing with overpriced gym subscriptions. ClassPass is amazing.
Didn't give me a free trial
I was super excited to try classpass for the first time and when I tried to sign up for a free trial it gave me zero credits so I used the help chat bot and it told me that I had been flagged for having already made an account with a free trial? I was super confused because I have NEVER done that and so I tried to clarify that and the ai bot said there was no way to get rid of the flag so now i'll never get to try classpass ever. I probably would have become a paid customer after the trial too so you guys rly need to fix this issue you're gonna lose a lot of business if this happens to more people.
