This game is fun and you can win the prizes! I have won about 3 myself but non of the prizes have actually shipped despite placing the order and it’s been almost 3 weeks for one. I do like the game but I’m not sure you actually get any of the prizes you win

Amazing but one note to developers
Amazing app anyone perfect way to spend a Friday night kickback, relax, and spend an hour on this app. You can win lots of prizes, not lots, but with a bit of hard work and excitement and suspense, you can actually win some decent prizes on here. You’re not going to win the iPad even though if you spent enough money, you probably could. It’s an iPad mini that came out around 2020 in case you were wondering so it is still a very high ticket prize but not to developers. I know that there are very high costs when it comes to running a service like this and I commend you very highly for being able to actually sustain a business like this and actually keep it up and running for a long time now as most similar live claw machine apps probably would have failed by now, but please offer some combo packs offer some deals and discounts. I understand the high price of the credits because of the high cost, it takes to actually run the service renting/buying the warehouse paying maintenance workers, repairing claw machines, electricity costs, and buying new claw machines and buying prizes from vendors and suppliers, but please, if you can try and lower the cost of the credit as I don’t often see myself playing this game as much as I would like to. I would play this game every night before I go to bed just to wind down after a long day at work would be an absolute amazing way to have something to look forward to at the end of my shift, but I just can’t see myself playing this as much as I want to because there are high costs of the credit but please if you can try an introduce some deals combos or maybe some free credits introduced if you buy a certain deal or pack of credits would be very much appreciated. If you could blow up the cost even by a little.

Prizes can be challenging to win sometimes but that makes it fun. The customer service when it comes to glitches or issues is phenomenal. Very fun app highly recommend.
