PREDATORY MONEY REFILLS
The app only allows account refills of 10.00 or more. Absolutely no less. Unfriendly to the consumer and greedy practices. This app is auto tied to many in-house washing units so they have no reason to not scam their customers. No email or customer service line easily available for complaints. Horrible service 0/10

Payment policies
While the app does the basic task of linking to a washer/ dryer unit. The payment process is predatory to the consumer. On the mobile app only $10 or more is allowed for when refilling the money you’re already forced to put in the app. Any less money put in and a pop up of “no lower than 10.00”. Lazy cash grabbing practices with no easy email to find and contact.

Deceptive
I normally don’t care enough to write a review but this annoys me deeply. Every time when starting a dryer the app will prompt the user to add 8 minutes for 25 cents between accept dialogues. This is confusing and purposefully misleading
The worst laundry app
Maybe the most garbage app I have ever used. Why do I need to put in a minimum of $10 when I only need to do one load of laundry. Another greedy company trying to take advantage of people in vulnerable positions. Shame on you!
Useless
This is an app in name only. My partner and I have both downloaded it and it does nothing. We can’t even sign up to use its functions. Worthless.
Very slow to refund
I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and have had to use a lot of different apps. A laundry app is more convenient than having to worry about quarters, but only if the app is reliable and the refund process is easy, because errors do happen quite frequently for whatever reason, regardless of the services being used. I did laundry on Wednesday, paid for a dry cycle on the app, hit start on the machine, and the machine immediately said the cycle was done, taking my $2 without having run a cycle. I immediately reported it through the app. I got no confirmation that it was received, so I decided to call. I was told to submit a report through the website and it should be processed within a few days. I immediately submitted my report and waited. Nothing. I called and left a message the next day inquiring about my refund. Today I called again inquiring and was told a coworker denied my refund request, but the person I spoke to approved it for me. If this is how refunds are handled, I’m better off switching back to quarters. Absolutely ridiculous.

This app is great now!!It works well it doesn’t steal your money anymore Haha 😂And it actually gives you a notification when things are done so you can go get them out the laundry room. My first review it was pretty angry and upsetAnd I apologize for that,But now I am very pleased with this app and I hope they just leave it the way it is because it works just fine, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.If anybody else had problems in the past I think you should give them another try 💖

I downloaded it trying to do my laundry then the app had minimum amounts of money you have to add… RED FLAG!!!! this is a skimming app!!! it bleeds your money and now I can’t delete it!!! it hid itself into my phone!!! STAY AWAY!!! I am getting a lawyer

This was always a great app to use to do laundry at the motel. I stay at all the time, but it decided that Now will not let me access my camera or connect connect to the Bluetooth so I cannot use it even after I put money on it so really kind of bummed way to go with the development on it guys.
