I was so excited for the app, it did give me a nice check in, so i thought that it was gonna be good, then, it made me pay. A LOT of money. Dont waste your time to get it.

I wish i could give this app a 0, it gave me a โfree 3 day trialโ i canceled my subscription before them and still go charged 40 dollars and they havenโt refunded me, donโt even download this app you will get your money stolen.

Downloaded, went through the paywall for free subscription trial. Cancelled within minutes, because the app wasnโt what I was looking for. Lo and behold, was charged $19.99 for a yearly subscription the very next dayโฆ AFTER cancelling and deleting the app. SCAM. DO NOT USE.
What a scam!
This is the only app Iโve used that refuses to issue a refund for an accidental purchase made by a child. We canceled the subscription and requested a refund as soon as we received the receipt email, but the refund was still denied. What a scam!

Very inaccurate
Iโve tried scanning many really clean ingredients products and it gives them a bad rating claiming โhigh saturated fatโ or โhigh sugarโ, when thatโs not the case at all. So not worth the money.

Had high hopes based on their input . This app is GARBAGE . I was excited as a type 1 diabetic to clean up my eating and have info on food . Most things don't scan . No AI for anything not packaged . Clunky , time consuming and negative as hell. Even things I was told would scan " clean " by users don't ????? So idk if there is a consistency issue or what . Emailed at least 3 times for help or a refund . Not 1 single response .

Canceled and still charged
I canceled the subscription and was still charged the $19.99. I requested a refund and am being told it is ineligible for a refund. Not sure how I can be charged for something I cancelled so I will be doing a charge back with my bank. Do not recommend this app!!!!!!

Good onboarding but more like AI for food and not worth the subscription. Could just use ChatGPT or Claude

Saw an english tiktoker recommend this, which is silly because the first 4 things I looked up within a few minutes of signing up for the free trial werenโt on the app. Not even niche foods. Not worth getting if you live in the UK.
