Haven’t used it yet but here’s hoping

Poor recipe tracking
Recipe tracking is awful, if i want to add a recipe to track EXACTLY what is in my meal don’t bother. It’s actually atrocious. Relying on AI and taking pictures is the mantra of this app it seems. Please fix this and your app will be better I promise.

Undos my edits
This app is BUGGED. You cannot edit each food item amount you have added into 1 meal. Anytime u edit 1 and try to edit another, the first one u edited resets. U have to legit just take a pic of each item on your plate individually if you want to make any changes. This shouldn’t be an issue. Worst bug. I’m canceling, it’s a waste of time.

Signed up to try with 14 day money back guarantee if dissatisfied. I didn’t like the app so contacted for a refund. Numerous requests, no response, no refund!!

Huh?
Download this app and all it does is send you through a lot of questions to give you no idea of how the app works or how to use it or anything free to non-paying user at all.
Why would I pay for an app that I have no earthly idea how it works or how to use the app at all. It just wants to charge you upfront filling you annually. So I’m gonna dump all this money out to decide after I pay for it that I don’t like it and can’t get my money back. It says yes cancel anytime —after they charge you the annual membership! What kind of BS is that?
