Endless spam

I signed up for this app years ago and it worked fine. I deleted the app after I left Dubai and it’s impossible to stop getting their spammy emails even after 7 years. I sent many messages to their customer service and they never responded. They don’t care and it’s just about getting your money.

VERY BAD!

You have the worst customer service ever. I use this app once and I’m not gonna use it again. It’s confusing. It’s not clear. The payment happens without you, knowing how. And when you talk to customer service, they are aggressive, and dumb.

Horrible don’t use this app

They ruined my evening dress, damaged it. And sent me two items that weren’t mine by mistake. So they either lose ur items or damage them.

They were a really good service

During COVID era, this laundry app was professional, providing laundry bags to fill. The laundry came back well organized and Always on time but then they started to use bad quality detergent which it smelled also my pillows were damp and had a bad smell, the laundry delivery man was so good and they offer an advertisement for their own little business by sending me WhatsApp messages. Their chat services were very slow

awful service

this company took my money to clean for one month, 16 dec 2024, they came once and came a second time late. they didn’t come a third time until i complained via the app. since then we are now at the end of the second week and they haven’t been at all. it should’ve been 6 visits by now. they are not responding to our messages and have taken all the money in advance. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. do not use this company. i don’t know if this is normal or something has happened at the company. they seem to be reading messages and not responding. crazy

NOT PROFESSIONAL!!

They are unprofessional in dealing with customers they have 0 skills in communication, in services and delivering the items the driver is telling me to wait until he’s done he was far aways (why you let us choose the time) and he came after 4 hours!! That wasn’t the first time.

They handled me the items in different bags (as normal laundry not professional company) the bed sheets have Clorox stains and on one is answering !!! The worst experience never again

Not good

I ordered a carpet cleaning pickup . Had to cancel it due to the very small pickup car !!! The carpet went fit and may break or bend with one person to upload (the driver)to the car !! The usual cleaning carpet companies offer a truck & 3 or 4 workers !! What a waste of time!! !!!! Never using this app
