Good cleaners worst app
I’ve found a good cleaner through this app. It’s a shame that the poor design of it made very difficult to reschedule or have a slight idea of who is coming to your house. Even when expressing a preference for a specific cleaner their name doesn’t appear in the booking confirmation. A lot to do on the app

Scam
This is a scam. Paid £205 for end of tenancy cleaning. No one turned up. App says cleaning completed.
SCAMMERS DO NOT USE
They took my money and no cleaner showed up. No one replies the email or picking up the phone call. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!
Don‘t use - they took money and nobody came!
Extremely disappointed, I would recommend NOT using this app ever. I booked my cleaner and had to pay the full amount in advance, then stayed home on the day and nobody came! The phone lines were occupied and there was no way of getting in touch with the cleaner.
Horrible app
I have just been stoop up by my cleaner at the last minute.
The app didn’t notify a thing.
There is no trace of today’s service in n my service page.
They just booked automatically another for the next week.
There is a notification badge on the app but when you click on the notification page, there is nothing in there.
No help page or chat whatsoever.
I rarely leave comments for apps but this one deserve it.
Try something else and safe your money.
