Good cleaners worst app
I’ve found a good cleaner through this app. It’s a shame that the poor design of it made very difficult to reschedule or have a slight idea of who is coming to your house. Even when expressing a preference for a specific cleaner their name doesn’t appear in the booking confirmation. A lot to do on the app

This is a scam. Paid £205 for end of tenancy cleaning. No one turned up. App says cleaning completed.

They took my money and no cleaner showed up. No one replies the email or picking up the phone call. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!
Don‘t use - they took money and nobody came!
Extremely disappointed, I would recommend NOT using this app ever. I booked my cleaner and had to pay the full amount in advance, then stayed home on the day and nobody came! The phone lines were occupied and there was no way of getting in touch with the cleaner.
Horrible app
I have just been stoop up by my cleaner at the last minute.
The app didn’t notify a thing.
There is no trace of today’s service in n my service page.
They just booked automatically another for the next week.
There is a notification badge on the app but when you click on the notification page, there is nothing in there.
No help page or chat whatsoever.
I rarely leave comments for apps but this one deserve it.
Try something else and safe your money.

Cleaner didn’t show up
Cleaner didn’t show up and not possible to get money back
AVOID
Got cancelled three times last minute (20 minutes before the service was going to take place). Most unprofessional app.
Cleaner never arrived
Do not used. I booked a cleaner and she never arrived. Total waste of time.
Bad
Worked ok first time. Second time I was charged and no one showed up. Cleanzy did not initiate refund - had to request it.
Bad service and cancellation fews
Tried twice, worst cleaners ever and when I cancelled 6 days ahead of the next service they charge you 10£.
Extremely poor service.
I had two consecutive cleaners not show up, with no prior warning or explanation. Not only that, but Cleanzy charged me a second time when rescheduling. I will not be trying them again.
Avoid, Do not recommend...
Made a one-off request on to try out the platform. The app doesn’t tell you when your request has been accepted by a professional it only says ‘order approved’, no notifications or anything. I had to go in the app periodically to check. I also had to enquired multiple times until I asked to cancel my order that’s when they told me that someone has accepted the request. However no contact no information or anything on this person. I wrote multiple messages asking to confirm that they are coming tomorrow, no reply nothing. I even asked them to cancel if they cannot attend. Cleanzy said I will be given their contact number on the actual day so I thought I would wait until the next day. The next morning I saw that the name has changed so I immediately enquired via the live chat re what’s happened. They said the person had cancelled and it’s been replaced by a new professional who has no previous history, no information or anything but a name. I was really disappointed, the whole thing felt really dodgy and I didn’t feel comfortable with the arrangement. I told Cleanzy I cannot accept this, asked for booking to be cancelled, but to be told that I would be charged in full (even when they were the ones who made changes/confirmed without notifying me)
I cancelled anyway. The platform is not transparent at all, support was responsive but extremely unhelpful. Other platforms have better support and management, would suggest people look elsewhere for similar service. I blame myself for not researching better!

It falls short
The most basic part of running a cleaning app, make sure cleaners actually turn up, sort your operations out. Without that what is it a form to take my details and nothing more. It is missing Multi language support.
Not working at all
They had to reschedule my cleaning 3 times because every time no one was coming even if they confirmed me via chat the someone were on their way to my house. No that I’m asking my money back (yes you have to pay in advance) they disconnect my chat sessions (during regular working hours).
