Buggy
For over a year now I’ve been asking them to fix it, routes are not displaying right and as of two weeks ago I can’t even go in and order them alphabetically to make some kind of ordering sense. App crashes a lot too when I try to view the route on the map. A year ago I asked for something to get fixed and the app stopped working for a week. This year I ask for a fix and I can’t even get them to acknowledge there’s an issue.

Incorrect departure/arrival times
Ever since the update, the app hasn’t been tracking right. It shows a default of 7am departure and arrival no matter where the driver is and the times are all incorrect.
