This is a horrible app. Followed the directions to the letter and still cannot connect my sauna with my phone. Clearlight you can do better.

Worst app on the app market. I would find another sauna if you are looking for a WiFi feature and a good user interface
Horrible App
This has to be the worst app I have ever downloaded. I spent 10k on a sauna and was told I could still least turn it on remotely. This thing doesn’t even get past the landscape mode page 1. Nothing on this app works and now I have a sauna in my guest house that can’t be preheated as promised.

I am stunned that in 2025. This is the best they can do for an app. It never connects, is very frustrating to set up. The font is ridiculously small. Had I known the app was of such poor quality I never would’ve purchased this sauna.

This would have to be the worst app that I have ever come across. Every few days the app removes the sauna that I have installed, waste of time using this app. I wish I could give it no stars as a rating.

Hard to understand, and I think I’m pretty capable when it comes to tech. I did all that was instructed, and more. Hard to believe how terrible this app is to get to work. Do better Clearlight! You’re right in the middle of some of the best colleges in the country that excel in tech, and yet you can’t figure this out. So much money for a sauna, and such a pathetic app to dump on your customers base. Acknowledge some get lucky, but they are few and far between…

Can’t login. Can’t connect. Can’t find sauna to connect. Times out. Hahahahaha. What a waste of time.
WiFi is tough - but does work
Took me a good bit of time to get the WiFi functioning, once you get through the process it does in fact work even though majority of reviews says it wont. The 2.4g networking is key, had to get into router and disable the other bands and after enough trial and error it did work. I am able to remote start the sauna and bump up the timing past 1 hour so it helps with preheating when I’m away

Don’t even bother installing this app. It’s an embarrassment.

App’s interface is dreadful. The worst. Unable to get it working. Can’t believe such a premium expensive product provides this clunky app. Reflects badly on the brand.

GARBAGE-No connection with 2.4 router
I’ve been working on this for months and I’ve finally given up. The app absolutely will not connect to the sauna. I have even purchased a new router that ONLY has a 2.4 connection just to get it to connect. It still will not connect to the sauna. Complete garbage. So very disappointing considering the $10,000 I just spent on the sauna

The app is said by I work only if I buy and setup a new dedicated router. Not happening. Please fix for everyone that is living in the 2000s
WiFi will not connect
I’ve done everything possible on all 3 apps and still will not connect. Maybe they should collect data because it seems to be a big issue!!
